The Solaris Board Room Leadership Development Programme is a love-based, whole-person-centred experience designed for purpose-driven business leaders who want the very best of their teams in their organisations.
It is an Inclusive Leadership Programme with a Difference.
It helps leaders clarify their purpose, vision, and goals while strengthening their ability to shape organisational culture, inspire followership, and lead inclusively across diverse stakeholders.
