The Solaris Board Room Leadership Development Programme is a love-based, whole-person-centred experience designed for purpose-driven business leaders who want the very best of their teams in their organisations. It helps leaders clarify their purpose, vision, and goals while strengthening their ability to shape organisational culture, inspire followership, and lead inclusively across diverse stakeholders. Throughout the programme, participants learn to orchestrate enterprise-wide and team leadership with authenticity and impact, fostering collaboration and alignment among their executive teams. At its core, Solaris Boardroom cultivates Love-based Leadership—the belief that leading with love is the most critical capability for navigating today’s complexity with empathy, courage, and purpose. A minimum 20 years work experience
C-Suite, Executive, Functional leadership
High potential leaders who lead teams across geographies and cultures
