The Solaris Board Room Leadership Development Programme is a love-based, whole-person-centred experience designed for purpose-driven senior business leaders at the highest levels of their organisations. It helps leaders clarify their purpose, vision, and goals while strengthening their ability to shape organisational culture, inspire followership, and lead inclusively across diverse stakeholders. Throughout the programme, participants learn to orchestrate enterprise-wide leadership with authenticity and impact, fostering collaboration and alignment among their executive teams. At its core, Solaris Board Room cultivates Love-based Leadership—the belief that leading with love is the most critical capability for navigating today’s complexity with empathy, courage, and purpose. Leaders emerge equipped with the ability to create environments free from distraction and dysfunction, where all people can thrive regardless of background and experiences. By the end of the journey, delegates will be able to lead from a place of love in every aspect of strategy and execution—embracing paradox, navigating complexity, and placing the well-being of people, communities, and society at the centre of organisational success.

The Solaris Board Room Leadership Development Programme is a global leadership programme and is open to leaders of ALL ethnicities and genders.  You would ideally be shaping strategy, culture and enterprise-wide decisions.

  • A minimum 20 years work experience

  • C-Suite, Executive, Functional leadership

  • Board Members or direct reports to the CEO

  • Group CEOs with an ambition to establish a culture of thrive

  • FTSE 350, Small Cap and/or AIM Listed Board Director or C-Suite Executive

  • Have responsibility for large teams, budgets and strategic initiatives
